Hands-on healing also called laying on of hands, energy work or energy medicine, is an age-old tradition that treats the human being as a whole, generating wellness on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level of our being. Healers draw the energy to heal from the earth and from all around us and guide it gently out their hands and into you. Your body/mind/spirit then uses the energy generated to heal itself.

We work in teams around a massage table (or a chair if needed); the size of a team varies from 2-4 healers, both female and male. We want you to be comfortable, therefore we will accommodate you if you prefer to have fewer healers put their hands on you. Just talk to the host or the team facilitator at your table. If during a treatment, which takes about 45 minutes, any uncomfortable, unpleasant or confusing sensations come up, please do not hesitate to communicate them to us immediately. We encourage any instant feedback about what goes on inside you. You will help us fine tune your healing.

Donations: We are volunteering our time and open our homes to be of service. Donations are greatly appreciated and are being used for our expenses, i.e. mailings. Profits go toward the Bon Children Fund. The Bon Religion is an ancient Himalayan way of being of service. We donate to the orphans taken care of at the Bon Monastery in Dolanji, India.
